Workshop # 3 – Thinking on your feet
Join us for an energetic morning of fun improvisation games designed to ease you out of your comfort zone and increase your ability to think on your feet!
Improvisational skills enhance performance and awareness in core leadership competencies such as: risk-taking, active listening, effective communication, collaboration, resourcefulness, adaptability, creativity, innovation, teamwork and spontaneity… the list goes on and on!

Please dress comfortably – there will lots of movement required for this workshop.

About the Facilitator:
Ginette Mohr, Co-Artistic Director of The Quickening Theatre, has taught theatre and improvisation at The Second City, York University, Toronto TheatreSports, The Living Arts Centre, The Toronto Film School and Young People’s Theatre. She has performed throughout North America with companies such as The Second City, The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, Neptune Theatre, Theatre New Brunswick, Drayton Entertainment, Theatre Aquarius, Bad Dog Theatre and Monkey Toast (Canadian Comedy Award Winner).
Ginette holds a B.F.A. from Simon Fraser University and an M.F.A. from York University.
